Our gallery is available for a variety of event types--not just for the arts!  From birthday parties to showers, to family reunions and socials to conferences and meetings.  We will assist you with your event!  If you need two rooms for your event, our classroom studio is also available.  If you are looking for a specific date, please check our online calendar for availability.

Please see 'auxiliary gallery' at the top, (orange menu bar) to see what art we have available.  Please note that they are best viewed in person.  There is no fee to the artist to apply and we will accept up to 6 art works by each artist. To apply please send us jpegs of your work with title, date, medium, value & dimensions.

Classroom Studio Rentals 

Just under 1000 square feet, can be rented by individuals, groups or organizations for:

-creative projects

-small conferences or meetings

-artist initiated classes

-baby or bridal shower

*studio is not available for large parties such as raves or loft parties to be respectful of those using studios as work spaces; gallery is available for exhibitions, please see gallery rental page*

one time rental: $50 for 4 hours or less

one time, one full day rental: $75 for 8 hours 

For these rates, all sessions must be booked and paid for in advance:

4 HOUR HALF DAYS, 4 or more sessions 

May 1-October: $25.00 per session

November-April: $40.00 per session

8 HOUR FULL DAYS, 4 or more sessions

May-Oct: $50.00 per session 

Nov-April: $65.00 per session

FULL WEEKENDS, 24-7 access:

weekend rate, 24 hours a day: Friday 12 noon - Monday 5 pm:  $200 (May - October)

weekend rate, 24 hours a day: Friday afternoon - Monday 5 pm: $250 (November - April)

Space Testimonial 

'cre8ery at 125 Adelaide, across from the Downtown Red River Campus, is indeed a“cre8ive space for cre8ive people” for all involved.  It is operated fairly and expertly by cre8ery's full time director, Jordan Miller.  Jordan has both a Fine Arts Degree as well as a Arts and Cultural Management certification.

I shared the Classroom Studio, a huge and brightly lit multipurpose room, with two groups for one month.  The groups using the space, scheduled at different times, were diligent in their respect of my work.  The atmosphere, people, location, and 24 hour secure access permits a comfortable working locale.  One can find more than one night owl burning the midnight oil, and feel as if this were everyday “modus operandis” – which indeed it is for many working artists.

With openings scheduled almost every Thursday or Friday evening and thorough advertising  – this artistic centre offers artists the assurance of regular, consistent operating hours and reliable exposure to the public of their works.  The environment is dynamic with scheduled workshops, drop in dates, and exhibitions held by many wonderfully talented artists as well as a steady stream of professional and emerging artists. 

Jordan and partner, Shawn Berard also host regular popular events such as “99 Pieces of Art on the Wall” and regular themed “Calls for Submissions”, such as upcoming the upcoming, “Art-i-Peg” call for submissions.   These shows allow artists who may not have complete collections, to show their work for sale, and also inspire many to try their hand at different genres for a shot at a sale of a piece of art that may have never otherwise have been seen.  There is a waiting list for studio and gallery space, so if you are looking for temporary working space for a project, the classroom studio is an extremely convenable and affordable option.

Manager Jordan Miller had to tidy up my cre8tive space for me once when I forgot what day it was (oops!), and she was intensely respectful of anything that might or might not be “Art”.  She laid my belongings aside with such care that despite her apparent self expectations of excellence, I knew that this was no arrogant artist!  She even put my tools in little boxes for me!' --JDesRoches
