Desmond Raymond is a multi-media artist who works in a wide range of mediums. His work is inspired by the many places he travels to.
His passion is capturing and expressing the vast and varied Canadian landscape. His love of landscape is in the vein and tradition of Tom Thomson and the Group of Seven. He has travelled and painted throughout Canada. Born and raised in St. John’s, N.L., he has lived in Vancouver, BC and currently lives in Winnipeg, MB.
